ReelsPlan is a product and brand operated by Pxlsys Technologies Private Limited ("ReelsPlan", "we", "us" or "our"). For privacy questions, you can contact us at contact@reelsplan.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use ReelsPlan, we may collect:
- Account information such as your name, email address, login method and account preferences.
- Authentication information needed to keep your account secure. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive limited profile information from Google, such as your verified email address, name, Google account identifier and profile image when available. We do not receive your Google password.
- Travel-planning inputs such as reel or short-video links, origin, traveller count, trip duration, budget, travel preferences and other information you provide to generate an itinerary.
- Generated and saved content including itineraries, trip results, saved trips and related preferences associated with your account.
- Usage and technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, security events, request logs and service diagnostics.
- Billing information such as plan, credits, transaction status and payment-reference information. Card, UPI or banking credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be stored by ReelsPlan.
- Support information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve ReelsPlan, authenticate users, generate and save travel plans, manage credits and payments, send account-related emails, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot the service, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations and understand product performance.
4. AI-assisted processing
ReelsPlan uses automated and AI-assisted systems to process travel-related inputs and generate itineraries. Generated results may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. You should independently verify important travel information such as fares, operating hours, availability, visa requirements, safety information and booking conditions before making decisions.
5. Service providers and sharing
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate ReelsPlan. These may include cloud infrastructure, authentication, AI/model, maps/search, media-processing, analytics, communications and payment providers. For example, our infrastructure may use Amazon Web Services, Google services may be used for authentication or travel-related features, and payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a lawful corporate transaction.
6. Cookies and session data
ReelsPlan uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for login sessions, security, CSRF protection, preferences and core application functionality. Third-party services embedded in or used by the site may also set or access cookies according to their own policies.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes and protect the service. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information. Where deletion is requested and legally permitted, information may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs or records we are required to retain.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure session settings, logging and infrastructure protections. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a privacy concern. You can also update certain account information through ReelsPlan where those controls are available.

10. International processing
Our service providers may process information in India or other countries where they operate. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.
11. Age requirement
ReelsPlan is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If we learn that personal information has been provided in violation of applicable age or parental-consent requirements, we may delete it or take other appropriate action.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ReelsPlan evolves or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
