1. About ReelsPlan
ReelsPlan is a product and brand operated by Pxlsys Technologies Private Limited. ReelsPlan is an AI-assisted travel-planning tool that can turn travel reels, short videos and user preferences into suggested itineraries and related planning information.
2. Planning aid, not a booking guarantee
ReelsPlan is a planning aid and is not a travel agent, airline, hotel, visa authority or emergency service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or current status of AI-generated suggestions or third-party travel information.
You are responsible for independently checking fares, bookings, opening hours, routes, weather, local rules, visa and entry requirements, health or safety guidance and other important details before travelling or making a purchase.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Notify us at contact@reelsplan.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Google Sign-In may be offered as an authentication option. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ReelsPlan to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, probe or attack the service, bypass security or usage limits, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or submit content that you are not permitted to use.
You are responsible for the URLs, instructions and other material you submit to the service and for ensuring that your use of third-party content is lawful.
5. AI-generated and third-party information
Outputs may be generated or assisted by automated systems and may contain errors or assumptions. Third-party websites, maps, media, prices, ratings, booking providers and other external services are controlled by their respective providers. ReelsPlan is not responsible for their availability, content, policies or transactions.
6. Plans, credits and payments
Some ReelsPlan features may use credits or require a paid plan. Current prices, included credits and plan details are shown in the product at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply where required.
Payments may be processed by an external payment provider. ReelsPlan does not intend to store complete card, UPI or banking credentials. Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law, credits have no cash value, are not transferable and may be subject to product-specific usage or expiry rules disclosed in the service.
Any refund, cancellation or payment dispute will be handled according to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
7. Your content and licence to process it
You retain any rights you already have in information or content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transform and transmit submitted material as necessary to provide, secure and improve ReelsPlan. This licence does not give us ownership of your content.
8. ReelsPlan intellectual property
The ReelsPlan service, software, branding, interface, original designs, documentation and other materials created by or for ReelsPlan are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, add, remove, limit or discontinue features, plans or integrations as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance or temporarily restrict access for security, operational or legal reasons.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, violation of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using ReelsPlan at any time and may use available account controls to manage or delete your account where supported.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelsPlan is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every travel decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelsPlan and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from reliance on generated travel information, third-party services, lost bookings, price changes, service interruptions or unauthorised use outside our reasonable control. Any mandatory liability under applicable law remains unaffected.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the operator, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as ReelsPlan changes. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
